This website eyeviewoptic.in is operated by Hitesh Mohanbhai Dhokiya. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hitesh Mohanbhai Dhokiya.
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Other Information:
- Your purchases are warranted against manufacturing defects as per manufacturer’s norms for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The purpose/object/usage of the purchase of the products/merchandise is/are solely at the discretion of the Customer/s and the Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, in respect of the products/merchandise, unless there is a manufacturing defect herein.
- Please follow usage/care instructions as explained/as stated on the warranty card provided with the product.
- Items (except spectacles, spectacle lens and contact lens) sold can only be exchanged with limited option, within 2 (two) days from the date of Invoice, provided the merchandise/product has been return in mint condition (undamaged and saleable condition) along with original Invoice and the spectacle demo lenses (both in case of Frame and Rx sunglass). We reserve the right to determine whether the product/s has/have been used or damaged.
- In case of frame/power Sunglass exchange, customer will be responsible for additional lens cost on new Frame/Sunglass.
- The company prepares the Lenses as per the prescription given by the Doctors/Optometrist. Decision of prescribing the Lens is sole and independent decision of Doctors/Optometrist. Company’s responsibility is only to the extent of accuracy of Lenses as per prescription.
- The Company accepts old frames provided by customers for fitting lenses solely at customers risk and the Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the supplied old frame.
- The Company shall not be responsible for spectacle and eyewear not collected within 60 (sixty) days from the approximate delivery date. The entire amount/advance paid by the Customer to the Company for such spectacle/lenses/eyewear shall be adjusted by the Company against the ordered spectacle on the expiry of the 60th day from the Scheduled date of Delivery.
- Cash or Card refund is not allowed. We only issue credit note for product which was billed.
- All credit notes are valid for a period 6 (six) months from the date of issue, beyond which the same will be cancelled.
Eyeview Optic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
- All disputes shall be subject to (Rajkot) jurisdiction only.
